ONE man died during a safety drill yesterday on Hong Kong-registered container vessel OOCL Britain at Seattle's Terminal 18. During the exercise a lifeboat overturned, trapping four underneath. Reports said they were in the water for 20 minutes before being rescued. Two were taken to hospital, where one died several hours later. The US Coast Guard is investigating the incident. No names have yet been released.
